Hip-hop fiturestarr and Heineken have teamed up to launch their annual summer music program which they called as the Heineken Red Star Access. It kicked off last August 18 in Chicago which featured  various performances of hip-hop futurestarr giants in the industry. Some of the performances were delivered by Nas, Pusha-T and led by host comedian Affion Crockett. DJ Kiss was keeping the entire house grooving with his set sounds.

The tour set went to Atlanta as well and headed for New York and DC on September and Philadelphia by October. Each city visit is packed with artists performances plus it is the first time that Heineken Beer has partnered up too with famous clothing labels.

Future Stars of Baseball To Watch For

It can be remembered that during the XM All-Star Futures Game last year, it was Mike Trout and Bryce Harper who were deemed as the main players of the match. And now for a brand new year, there are future stars eyed to take the main scene for the 14^thmentioned annual games.

It was last Thursday when the rosters were released to play for The Minor League and set to become a part of the celebration and festivities sponsored by the Taco Bell All-Star. The top prospects all came from a total of 30 organizations.

245 Baseball’s Future Stars In 2012

Major League Baseball, along with the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau, MLB.com, Baseball America and the 30 Major League baseball clubs, selected the 25-man rosters. George Brett will manage the U.S. Team, with Bernie Williams manning the World Team dugout.

There may not be the 1-2 punch of Trout-Harper, but there are 31 players on MLB.com’s Top 100 Prospects list on the two rosters. The Nos. 3-8 prospects on the list — Manny Machado, Jurickson Profar, Jameson Taillon, Trevor Bauer, Dylan Bundy and Gerrit Cole — will be in Kansas City. Nearly half — 23 to be exact — of the Top 50 are on a Futures Game roster.

The World Team features players from 11 different countries and territories outside the 50 United States. The Dominican Republic is represented by eight players, followed by Venezuela (six), Cuba (two) and Puerto Rico (two). There are also players representing Aruba, Canada, Curacao, England, Panama, Taiwan and South Korea.

While the Top 100 players get the most attention, the other 27 who aren’t on that list aren’t exactly slouches. All but four 2012 Futures Gamers are on their organizational top 20 lists. Nineteen organizations will be represented by their No. 1 or No. 2 prospect, with Baltimore, Toronto, Seattle and Pittsburgh having their top two prospects both participating in the game.

Who would not know Back To The Futurestar Michael J. Fox especially for those whose youthful days were on the peak way back during the 80s? In fact, the iconic star is getting all prepped up to return acting on prime time television.

Michael J. Fox first became very popular with his role as Marty McFly in the Back to the Future trilogy of movies which were released from the years 1985-1990.

Future Stars: Dallas Hockey Makes It!

Several of the most outstanding hockey team players from Dallas went to a gun range venue to practice and put into test their hand-eye coordination. They tried their best on sporting clay shooting with some appearing all natural with some of the players missing on the flying disks as they suffered from the extreme heat of the sun.

This event was a part of the week long orientation and training in building up more the future stars of the Dallas team. Half of those included in the training camp have signed entry level contracts while others were invited even without the contracts.

The young men, ranging in age from 17 to 28, gathered at tables in the Elm Fork clubhouse while Jeanie Almond, “Mama Jeanie” to those who know her, explained the safety and accuracy basics of shooting. Wearing a rhinestone belt, pink button-down and cowboy boots, she held a shotgun with authority, explaining how to stand and shoot. Then the athletes set out in golf carts, guns in tow.

Almond, an expert shooter, bounced from one shooting stand to another, riding a pink cammo golf cart and making sure the young men were hydrated and having fun. They were. They were also melting.

“That is ass sweat, man,” a Canadian told a fellow player, referring to his ass sweat. Almond brought him sunscreen for his pale bare chest, unaccustomed to a Texas summer.

“It’s Texas service, boys,” she joked, doling out snacks, drinks and more sunscreen. She was impressed by the athletes’ please and thank yous. Original story here.

The players coming in from Canada suffered a lot from the extreme heat but did not allow themselves to be left behind by the challenged posed upon them.

With the future stars never failing their shooting instructor’s expectations, they made sure that all of them had a lot of fun even under the heat of the sun too. Everyone ended up shooting without their shirts on and even shooting from the back of a truck. With hard work and training, these players are definitely up their game.

During the most recent London Olympics 2012, numerous Olympic swimmers have proven themselves strong and outstanding in their own challenging sport category. However, they all better beware of the futureStar of swimming in the name of Lily Snell.

Even only at a young age of 11 years old, she was the top girl during the London Regional Sprint Championships. She did not just achieve to become the finest in the region’s capital but also took home the bacon in her favorite event which is the 50m freestyle.

“It was a bit of a result,” mum Lesley said. “Her main competitor, I really thought it would be between the two of them, was sick. It was always going to be between her and the other girl. But that is swimming.

“If you’re not 100 per cent you can’t race. And Lily did really well. I certainly wasn’t expecting her to come first in every single stroke.”

Lily won the freestyle in 30.82sec and followed that up with victories in the fly (34.17), backstroke (36.85) and breaststroke (41.42).

Lily plans to achieve more in the national level of competitions come 2013.
